90/90 Hip rotations x 5 each
Floor slide x 10
Bear crawl x 10 yards
walking lunge x 10 yards
lateral shuffle x 10 yards
A Skips x 10 yards

Then – 10-15 minute E2MOM

Minute 1: kb swings x 20 seconds
Minute 2: lateral bounds x 20 seconds
Minute 3: kb swings x 20 seconds
etc
